Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Email us at info@isabelslabel.com - customer service is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (ET), and we aim to respond within 24 hours.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Both defective and non-defective items can be returned.

How to Start a Return
Email info@isabelslabel.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address and step-by-step instructions. Requesting the return first makes sure it's matched to your order and accepted.

Return Costs
For a change of mind or a different size, you cover the return shipping and any customs or import duties on the return shipment, and the full item price is refunded. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return in full and you receive a free replacement or a full refund.

Need a different size or item? Exchanges are welcome - start a return as described above and let us know which item you'd like instead. Our Size Guide and our team are happy to help you find the right fit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@isabelslabel.com - we'll resolve it with a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
